Bringing new ideas and proposing innovative energy cost saving solutions
In order to identify energy and cost-reduction solutions for clients, the first stage is the feasibility study to identify new energy saving opportunities that fit client needs. Studies include site audits, collection and analysis of site information and assessment of the performance of existing systems prior to developing fit-for-purpose projects for our clients. We have the technical and implementation knowledge and experience that enable us to in identify energy-saving opportunities and envisage innovative technical solutions.
Energy efficiency technologies, design strategies and controls related to end-uses for retail, commercial and industrial sites and buildings are analyzed and conceptually developed by our experienced engineering team. A technical and economic assessment is carried out for the shortlisted projects. The capital cost is developed to within +/-30% to enable the client’s decision-making process. This approach minimizes the required investment at this stage while ensuring decision-makers have the information needed. The selected project or projects are then assessed in the the scheme design at the next stage.
