How it works

After installation, fill out the form.

Send us the completed form, a copy of your invoice and two photos of the installed fixtures, to highbayzerodollars@power-q.ca

We will forward your request with Hydro-Québec.

You will receive an email from Power Q which you must send to Hydro-Québec. (For legal reasons, it is essential that you, as a participant, must send this email.) (It is also important to Cc: highbayzerodollars@power-q.ca)

You will then receive a receipt of acknowledgment of the email from Hydro-Québec.

After this, you will receive a formal receipt confirmation as well as a project number. (Save this number, because you will need to include it on any further communications concerning your file.)

To finalize the process, you will receive an email from Hydro-Québec (Demande de facture finale). Hydro-Québec will ask you to issue an invoice to the amount of the grant for which you have applied.

Important
Hydro-Québec has the right to inspect the premises concerned before issuing the grant.

This promotion runs till December 31, 2021, but may end before this date if Hydro-Québec changes its offer.
